BODY CONSTRUCTION

Tanker 6mm High Tensile cold rolled sheet steel (650mPa) – robotic seam welded.
Baffles 4mm thick sheet steel, corrugated to strengthen its supporting capabilities. Each baffle wall features a 600mm flow-through cavity to enable fluid by-pass through compartments two to six.
Skid-Plate 12mm Thick Skid-Plate, with two position bolt-on king pin boss-plates fitted as standard.
Road-Train Bracket 20mm thick folded C-Channel. With extra support gussets. Constructed from 350mPa mild steel.
Dribble bar 6 inch  installed at rear, which doubles-up as a bumper-bar.

UNDERFRAME

  • Chassis Beams Heavy duty tried and tested construction for sealed and unsealed road use.
  • Landing Gear JOST A400 Landing Gear (JOST E100 Also used).
  • King-Pin JOST 50mm or 90mm available.
